On a regular day, you’ll find me smiling contagiously, belting out random songs, lifting others up...
If you ever want to kidnap me, promise me an amazing view and I won’t think twice!)
My goal is to make sure people stop putting themselves last. And, if possible, never experience what I went through.
Today, as a recovering people-pleaser and 2x burnout survivor, I am all about being my PINK FLAMINGO SELF.

My goal is to make sure people stop putting themselves last. And, if possible, never experience what I went through.
Today, as a recovering people-pleaser and 2x burnout survivor, I am all about being my PINK FLAMINGO SELF.

After nearly losing my mind and life, I teamed up with God to ditch societal expectations, own my voice & embrace my exceeding abundant purpose.

This meant walking away from my corporate job with only 3 months of savings to my name. Literally moving on faith and a prayer, but easily the best decision of my life!

Today, I am a joyful speaker, author, business owner and fierce advocate for the emotional wellness and emotional healing of child sexual abuse survivors in the Caribbean. With a 200-watt smile, I am fired up to empower billions through business and ministry to live life by one golden rule: “Serve others in a way that honors you, them & God”. Or as Jesus puts it, “Love God. Love YOU. Love Your Neighbor.” (Matt. 22:36-39) so you can quit putting yourself last in business and/or life.

On a regular day, you’ll find me smiling contagiously, belting out random songs, lifting others up, yielding to my never-ending curiosity or enjoying a great view.
I donate minimum of 10% of my revenue to causes that God me directs to. This is separate from my commitment to donate all monies from sales of my book “In Search of the Pink Flamingo” to charities supporting the emotional recovery of child sexual abuse survivors in the Caribbean.
