The Lord has given me a strong warning not to think like everyone else does. He said, “Don’t call everything a conspiracy, like they do, and don’t live in dread of what frightens them. Make the Lord of Heaven’s Armies holy in your life. He is the one you should fear. He is the one who should make you tremble.

The Lord has given me a strong warning not to think like everyone else does.
- God stressed the importance of refraining from living in fear of every wind of conspiracy that is blown by the world.
He said, “Don’t call everything a conspiracy, like they do, and don’t live in dread of what frightens them.
- Honour the Lord. He is the only one you should fear because He controls all things.
Make the Lord of Heaven’s Armies holy in your life. He is the one you should fear. He is the one who should make you tremble.
Application:
In this world, there is always some propaganda to fear. When I was 10, it was a story that HIV or AIDS positive men were kidnapping and raping young virgins in hope of being cured. When I got older, it became about fearing to chase our dreams in case we failed. Fearing to love because we might get hurt. Fearing to fly because we might fall. But, my darling dears, just imagine, what if you soared?
We often take the “Be not conformed to this world” scripture to mean do not live like the world. Not living like the world also means “not loving like the world”, “not thinking like the world” and “not fearing like the world”. Don’t think or fear like everyone else does. God dares us to see the world differently through the lens that He has blessed you with. 6+3 is not the only way to get 9. 4+5 proves that there is another way. Don’t let the common fears of the world force you to live a life of fear. Walk with God as He walks with you and protects you daily.
I don’t know about you but I refuse to live my life in dread. You can do all things through Christ. Though you walk through the valley of the shadow of death, fear no evil. With God by your side, only what He allows can touch you.
